I was slightly frightened tonite at dinner...my breadslicer that I purchased on e-bay started coming apart! Now, normally not a big deal for most people. But you see, for $2.39 I can buy a 5lb bag of flour, to make 3-4 loaves of bread...vs 2.99 for ONE loaf of bread! And so I started making my own bread. And I JUST got this bread slicer and now we can have sandwiches with our bread LOL.
So I took out the trusty tool box, took the thing apart, and DH & I fixed it :) YEAH!!!!!!!!! I was THRILLED. I didn't want to have to go buy ANOTHER one.
I'm so thankful I got the 'fix it' gene from my grandmother :)
