The date has changed....

So we were all set to close on our house on the 15th.....or at least we thought so. It seems the seller's bankruptcy lawyer got the date wrong as to when we needed to close by. So the house has been foreclosed on and has gone into liquidation. That means in order to close on the house it has to go before a judge. The EARLIEST it will go before a judge is the 18th (and really I'm not trusting the bankruptcy lawyer about ANYTHING) then we will have to go BACK thru the process of setting up another closing. AAAAHHH! Oh and to top it off get this..these morons ~ yes morons, idiots ~ whatever you want to call them...forgot they had a third mortgage on their house....THEY FORGOT! How in the world do you forget you have a 3rd payment????? I'm assuming they haven't been making any payments on it...but seriously people one would assume that they have been contacted to say that they owe money. What have they done with these statements they've recieved? Just burned them in the stove? I guess out of sight out of mind. Anyway so we're camping out at the in-laws a little longer than we assumed.....
