Last year I started working out with Jillian Michael's 30-day shred along with working through Setting Captives Free ~ The Lord's Table.  In that time I lost 20lbs.  Ahhh..  20 lbs that I never want to see again.  Both of the those things were very eye opening.  What I'm capable of doing in a hard workout and WHY I was shoving food into my mouth.  UGH!  
I'm thankful that I still recognize that I'm full and so I don't eat.  That I can enjoy an evening and not just sit on the couch and munch.  That lunch can be 1 egg roll and I'm full and stop.  
However, the work out has slacked lately.  Life has just been in the way.  
So today marks day 1 of my new 30-day shred.  I have no idea my weight (we don't own a scale!), but I know I'd like to drop another clothing size!  The plan is to do level 1 for 10 days, level 2 for 10 days and then level 3 for 10 days.  It's a 20 minute work out so surely I can fit it in.  I think that has been my problem lately...I could find time for so many other things, but couldn't fit in a 20 minute workout?  L-A-Z-Y!  
I'm hoping to blog about it as I go along. 
Tonight's workout was a little rough ~ getting back into it.  Hoping I can move in the morning!  It'll be worth it though for a new me.
